My Guiding Principles
UV makes pools and leisure facilities healthier, cleaner and more enjoyable, without adding disinfection byproducts but protecting users from illness. I will be looking to post links to articles and stories, case studies, new technology development, digital control systems, quality assurance and testing as well as innovative engineering solutions, training material, theoretical dose calculations, recreational and maintenance guidance and other material. My email will be on our Recreation Page and I will try to keep the page updated, so if a piece is time limited let me know so I can sunset it.
Ken Kershner, Commercial Director – Global, Halma UV, has worked with ultraviolet and ozone technology for over 20 years. As the Global Commercial Director for Halma’s UV Group of companies (Aquionics, Hanovia & Berson) Mr. Kershner focuses the adaption of UV in the water, air and surface markets. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and serves on several industry committees. Ken lives in South Carolina with his three children. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, running and playing rugby.
